Boot Camp with Danielle Peterson
Get in shape at Dance Workshop! This bootcamp is for everyone, whether you want to lose weight, tone up, get in shape, or stay in shape. We will be bringing it using different training techniques from kettlebell, circuit, interval and strength training along with some sports conditioning. Don't let the temptations from the holidays get to you this season! "Tone your spirit, Tone your body"
- Saturday and Sunday 7:00 AM (choose one day or both!)
- 8 week sessions for $200
- Bring 2 friends with you and pay just $100 for yourself.
- Sessions run throughout the winter.
